Event registration opens April 1
Las Vegas – The 15th
annual Las Vegas Science & Technology Festival returns April 24 through May 2, 2026, bringing nine days of FREE hands-on STEM experiences to communities across Southern Nevada, and culminates with a Giant Science & Technology Expo on May 2 at the EXPO at World Market Center. While select events are currently open for registration, registration for limited-capacity events opens Wednesday, April 1 at http://www.scifest.vegas/event-calendar.
“Reaching our 15th year is a milestone we’re incredibly proud of,” said Alexandra Liebman, Director of the Las Vegas Science & Technology Festival. “When the festival first started in 2011, the idea was to turn the entire Las Vegas Valley into one big laboratory, giving families the chance to experience science where they live, work, and spend time. We wanted to make science free and accessible to everyone, regardless of zip code or budget. What started with a handful of community partners has grown into Nevada’s largest educational STEM event, with more than 100 organizations coming together each year to make that belief a reality.”
Presented by the Las Vegas Science & Natural History Museum in partnership with
the Clark County School District, the weeklong celebration is designed to inspire families, students, educators, and curious minds of all ages to explore science, technology, engineering, and mathematics through interactive events, educational programs, and behind-the-scenes experiences at organizations across the Las Vegas Valley.
All events are free to attend, but many require advance registration due to limited capacity. This year’s festival features more than 100 participating organizations.
