Las Vegas – Let’s Talk! Therapy Center, a therapist-owned and operated company, is transforming the lives of children with developmental and neurological conditions through its groundbreaking Physical Therapy (PT) Intensives Program, the only program in Nevada to offer the revolutionary TheraSuit® method.

Designed for individuals with neuro-motor disorders, such as cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, and spina bifida, the center’s PT Intensives Program provides participants with a higher frequency and duration of targeted interventions and utilization of specialized equipment and techniques unavailable anywhere else in the state.

Let’s Talk! Therapy Center’s PT Intensives Program not only incorporates the TheraSuit® method on a case-by-case basis but utilizes additional specialized equipment such as Task Specific Electric Stimulation (TASES), vibration plate, Universal Exercise Unit (spider cage), LiteGait, and manual facilitation techniques. The overall program is designed half-day intensive treatments with one-on-one programming at three hours a day, five days a week, for four weeks. This intensive approach, developed in collaboration with Touro University board members who based the program on neuroplasticity research, helps participants achieve greater independence in daily activities.

The TheraSuit® system creates a supportive external framework that corrects alignment, normalizes muscle tone, and provides sensory input to help retrain the nervous system. When combined with intensive programming, participants experience accelerated progress in developing coordination, strength, endurance, motor control, range of motion, balance, and posture.

Beyond PT Intensives, Let’s Talk! Therapy Center provides comprehensive speech therapy, occupational therapy (OT), and applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to individuals of all ages at three locations across the Las Vegas valley. Their Charleston location offers speech, OT, PT, ABA, and the PT Intensives. Within walking distance to Charleston, their Annex location houses their new Specialized Speech Clinic (opened June 2025), offering adult speech therapy and more medical-based speech needs including breastfeeding support, feeding tube interventions, and traumatic brain injury rehabilitation. Child Development Center, Las Vegas’s first preschool blending education with therapy services.

Let’s Talk! Therapy Center accepts most major insurance plans and works to establish in-network agreements when needed. Additional options include cash pay, fee-for-service arrangements, and CareCredit financing. Spanish services are available.
